All meetings that I must travel to see you require a 50% deposit for new friends. Flight costs are included for all dates with a six hour minimum. In the event that you have to cancel, I will refund 50% of your deposit if given a week's notice. There is no refund if you must cancel within one week. I understand how valuable your time is and will refund any depost fully if for some unforeseen reason I am regrettably forced to cancel.
